This list was reasonably accurate when prepared,
but all information is subject to change and some special dances may be different.

Regularly Scheduled Dances - Open To The Public - Continued

City Lights Dance Club (Studio)

 

3539 Chamblee-Tucker Rd. - Every Friday & Saturday; Group Dance Lesson 8:00 pm; Dance 9:00 pm - Midnight -
there are various themes & dress codes; most are music by a DJ, with some Live Music Dances - usually a swing band
(and that is all they play) once per month and a very good Big Band once per month.  Generally a good friendly group of dancers.  Some special dances throughout the year.  $10 - $12, [single/married;couples/stag];  Sometime you find many good dancing singles, but often you might want to consider bringing a date - or get a group to meet there.

Senior Ballroom Dances - Swing and sway down memory lane as you enjoy favorite hits of the past.  Dance to the live music of the "Dreamers."  Light refreshments served.  Dances held every First and Third Tuesday of the month.

Dollie's Party Book Dance

 

Dollie has various Singles Events that she schedules on a regular, but varied basis.
There are dances, picnics, trips, parties, etc.  The only function covered here is the dance she holds at the
Holiday Inn - Roswell, usually on a Friday, about once or twice a month.  Sometimes there are special dances and
functions for Singles.  You can go to her WEB Site and register to become a member (about $30 currently to join)
and receive her many e-mails.  She also maintains a calendar there that visitors can access, but is often a little late keeping it updated.  I have had various feelings from my experiences at Dollie's from "How did I get in this pool of Sharks," to "This is like going to Laura's or Cajun dancing," so go and judge for yourself.  You may have to go several times to judge it fairly.  You may have varied results, depending upon the crowd at that specific function.  The dance at the Holiday Inn Roswell - [single;stag]; DJ; usually 1 - 2 times per month, generally on Fridays; $10 (higher for special events);
8:00 pm - 12 Midnight - Dress Code:  as a rule, casual or dressy; but some other dress codes can apply -
