GUZZY'S DANCING

04/27/2001:

There is a new regular dance at the 57th Fighter Group Restaurant - at the
Peachtree Dekalb Airport area (3829 Clairmont Rd. NE, Chamblee, GA 30341;
Phone:  770-457-7227).  It is a Big Band Swing Dance (A Moment's Notice Band)
held the FIRST SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH.  Call them for details, cover charges,
times, etc.  Some have said this dance is NOT just for Swing and that they play
other dance tunes also.  Check it out.

Also for Swing enthusiasts, every Friday and Sunday, the Swing Dance Club meets
at the Marriott Perimeter Hotel (246 Perimeter Center Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30346;
Phone:  770-394-6500).

For singles who enjoy Laura's, she has changed the Sunday evening dance
to be the First Sunday of the month ONLY.  This is due to the small crowds
on Sunday, especially in the Summer.  Her Friday dance is still every Friday
and is well attended.  Laura's Hotline:  770/242-2255.

The Gwinnett Senior's Dance:  The First Friday Dance will not meet during
the Summer.  It will resume in September.  The Fourth Friday Dance is still on
during the Summer, with Johnny Knapp's great band.  There is also a new Dance
on the SECOND Thursday of each month with music by the Dreamers.

4/14/03:

The St. Ann's Dance has been discontinued.

The VFW East Point Dances have been discontinued.

Laura's Friday Night Dances are now at the Peachtree Corner's Hilton, the same place as her First Sunday dance.
